GUACAMOLE SALSA

Guacamole Salsa

I got this from silverspoon65 on the 200+ Board 

Ingredients:

• 1 can black beans
• 1 large tomato 
• 1 small onion 
• 1 medium avocado 
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
• 1/8 tsp cumin 
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1-2 cloves garlic 
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro 
• 1 tsp salt 
• dash of hot sauce 

Chop everything up and mix together.  It has a guacamole sort of taste but a salsa consistency and it is great on chicken, tacos, as a dip, or anything you can think of.
